About Course 307

Course 307 is a 12 hour, high level certification granting course that covers the head coaching duties in Collegiate Track and Field and Cross Country programs including including philosophy and ethics, roster and staff management, meet management, finance, recruiting, time management, scheduling and travel.

Course Prerequisites

To qualify to attend this course, attendees must have received credit for three of the following Track and Field Academy courses: 404, 405, 406, 407.

Certification Requirements

To gain certification, attendees must pass this course and must have received credit for TFA Courses 404, 405, and 406 and 407 and one of the following: 302, 303, 304, 305, 306.

Instructors

Chief Instructor will be Rick McGuire, formerly of the UNiversity of Missouri.
