The Track and Field Academy’s Strength & Conditioning Certification Course is a detailed course covering all aspects of strength training and other key athletic qualities. Successful completion of the course, and its evaluations grants the Track & Field Academy’s Strength & Conditioning Certification provided the student also possesses a College degree, AED Certification, First Aid Certification, and CPR Certification.

About the Course

The Track and Field Academy’s Strength & Conditioning Certification Course is a detailed course covering all aspects of strength training, and other key athletic qualities. Successful completion of the course and its evaluations grants the Track & Field Academy’s Strength & Conditioning Certification. The course is designed to meet NCAA requirements for Strength and Conditioning Coaches, but is applicable to all levels of coaching.

Event Specific Specialist Courses

The Strength and Conditioning course will follow the TFA's usual summer offering of Event Specific Specialist Courses . Students are welcome to enroll in an Event Specific Specialist Course in addition to the Strength and Conditioning Course, and Room and Board plans are available that cover either or both courses.
